- Week three and beyond: you need a kitchen, somewhere to sit that isn't the bed, and a cost structure that isn't multiplying a nightly rate.

How long can you stay?
Short-term, mid-term, or long-term — we set the term to the stay rather than the other way around. A week works. So does a year.
Longer stays are priced better than short ones, so tell us your expected length up front rather than booking week to week. If your plans change mid-stay, tell us early and we'll do what we can.

No. The apartments are fully furnished and the kitchens are equipped.
